Throughout my life I have always had a passion for cooking and experimenting with flavours and textures in food.  This has given me many years of joy, creating wonderful tasting and flavoursome food for family and friends to enjoy and appreciate.
 
Sometime ago my husband was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, we had to look at everything that was available to us and to be able to continue to enjoy all the wonderful produce without missing all the food that we enjoyed. 

Starting a strict Gluten Free diet or cooking for someone with Coeliac disease can often be daunting and the realisation that you need to double check everything.  Going on holiday, eating in restaurants becomes a task and knowing that you will be catered for correctly without any cross contamination is a huge concern.  
 
My husband has always expressed to me that others needed the opportunity to experience my culinary skills and to immerse their senses into enjoying my creations. 

I have always felt humbled by the feedback from others but seeing how we struggle when we are away from home, made me think maybe he is right.

Everyone can enjoy my food and you certainly do not need to be gluten intolerant to sample some of these decadent treats of mine.  A lot of customers have expressed that they would never know the difference, the taste and texture is amazing.
